Does the campsite have a star rating?
Since 2012 the campsite has held an Etoile de France 4-star rating. This accreditation was successfully renewed in 2017!
Is the campsite close to the sea?
Yes, the Galiote beach, which is the nearest, is located just 1.5km from the campsite. It has a large car park and also benefits from a private area where you can relax on sunbeds.
Is it possible to walk to the beach?
Yes. In low season, you can get there via a winding path that crosses the Villepey pools. This takes you to the beach via a pleasant short walk through woods in a lagoon. Please take note of opening dates. The Villepey pools protected site is closed in July and August.
Does the campsite allow pets?
Unfortunately, animal friends are not allowed on the campsite. We can however provide you with a list of local kennels who will look after your pets during your stay with us.
Does the campsite have WiFi? If so, is there a charge?
Yes, we use an Osmozis internet supplier that offers varying WiFi tariffs covering the whole of the campsite. For further details please enquire at our reception desk.
From what time can I collect the keys for my static caravan?
Keys are guaranteed to be available from 4pm onwards. However, you are welcome to arrive earlier in order to complete check-in formalities. If your accommodation is available, we can let you have the keys straight away.
If I arrive after the office has closed can I still get the keys to my static caravan?
Yes of course. If you have pre-paid for your stay with us in full prior to your arrival, your keys will be available from our security staff. They will be able to provide you with a map of the campsite so that you can find your accommodation without any hassle.
Is bed linen provided?
No, apart from pillows and duvets, you will need to bring your own bed linen. Should you require, we offer a bed linen and towel hire service. (Please see terms and conditions and prices at reception.)
Can I choose my own pitch?
We will do everything possible to accommodate your request but there may be times when it is not possible to do so. Our privilege card gives you priority on choice of pitch (shade, proximity to swimming pool, campsite location). Please ask at reception.
